Interests and Achievements
I am currently a student in the University of Colorado’s esteemed Doctor of Physical Therapy
program, continuing my commitment to expanding my knowledge. A fun fact, I have also
competed as a natural bodybuilding bikini pro (SBNF) and later advanced to the opposite side
of the stage as a junior judge—an experience that strengthened my eye for detail, symmetry,
and disciplined preparation.
My love for mindful movement has also taken me abroad. I’ve been a featured yoga instructor
at small retreats in Belgium and have organized and led my own specialty yoga and group
fitness events. Additionally, my seven years of experience working as a fitness contractor for
the military exposed me to diverse populations and training needs, deepening both my
adaptability and my coaching philosophy. Outside of work and academics, I’m happiest moving
and exploring. My personal hobbies include snowboarding, hiking, skating, gardening, and
traveling. Music is a constant in my life as both a listener and a hobby musician—it keeps me
My Training Philosophy
I am a dedicated fitness professional and a life-long learner because I realize that continued
education in central to philosophy and the quality of services I provide. My approach to training
blends evidence-based practice with a deep respect for each client’s individuality. No two
bodies move the same, so no two programs should look the same. By understanding your
unique biomechanics, movement patterns, and physical capabilities, I design training that
supports your goals while respecting your body.
