Interests and Achievements
Outside of the gym, I enjoy hiking and running around in the woods, being new
to CO, I cannot wait to explore these beautiful mountains! To relax and stay
mobile, I love a heated yoga class. If I’m not moving my body, I enjoy cuddling
kitties and watching cooking shows with my husband, making the dishes from
said cooking shows and eating the yummy food prepared. I have completed
one trail marathon and am working toward completing a 50K trail run in 2025.
My Training Philosophy
I work to meet others where they are at. Change can be hard, establishing
new habits can be hard, but I believe making small changes daily and holding
ourselves accountable will add up to big results over time. My goal is to help
others establish the skills to build healthy habits inside and out of the gym
that will allow us to keep on moving; after all, if we don’t use it, we lose it.
