Areas I Specialize In
I specialize in creating programs that fit the individual needs of my clients. Whether it’s a strength
and endurance program to train for a specific event, a “functional fitness” program that preserves a
person’s ability to live independently, or simply a regimen to improve overall health, I enjoy working
with my clients to reach their health and fitness goals.

Interests and Achievements
I lead an active lifestyle with my husband and two young girls. I enjoy swimming, hiking, cycling
and long distance running, including one 50-mile race, numerous marathons, half-marathons,
10ks, and 5ks. When I’m not in motion, I enjoy sewing, knitting, crocheting, planning my next
adventure, and reading the latest research on exercise science.
My Training Philosophy
Movement is medicine. I believe many chronic physical and emotional conditions can be
improved with exercise. Setbacks happen. I am here to help clients regain, maintain, or
improve their level of fitness.
