Join us for a team-teaching extravaganza featuring the new October releases for Group Power, Group Fight, Group Ride, and Group Core, as well as an introduction to our newest format, Mixxed Fit!  Also starring Zumba and Aqua Total Fitness, you will have a wide selection of energizing formats to get you sweating!

Launch into the Holidays at the YMCA at First & Main!

Join us for Party Week at First and Main, with MOSSA launches of the new quarterly release all week long, ending in a Saturday party-themed event sampling several of our popular classes and awesome instructors!  Wear fun party colors, holiday-themed exercise clothing, or anything festive and energizing!  Also experience a sneak preview of Athlete30, our newest program that will be piloted in November and December and launched into our centers in January 2026!

All classes will be during normal times, EXCEPT FOR THE WEEKEND. The regular class schedule will be modified for this day only.

9:45am- 10:15am Premier of Jessica Wright's new class, Unwind and Align, a stretch and recovery class.

Athlete30 Pilot

Are you ready to train like an athlete - strength, endurance, agility, and power? Register now for one of our free Athlete30 pilot sessions! Commit to two days a week for eight weeks in a challenging athletic circuit and see real results as your trainers track your progress. Your new fitness journey begins the week of November 3 and ends right before Christmas. Sign up today at the front desk!

A: Registration details vary by event. Check each event listing for sign-up links and deadlines.

A: Most Group Exercise Special Events are included in your membership! Some may include a small fee or fundraising donation to support YMCA community programs.

A: Yes! Many of our events are open to the public. Invite a friend or bring the family along—fitness is better together.

A: Comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, and lots of energy! Any special equipment will be listed in the event details.
