Join us for a team-teaching extravaganza featuring the new October releases for Group Power, Group Fight, Group Ride, and Group Core, as well as an introduction to our newest format, Mixxed Fit! Also starring Zumba and Aqua Total Fitness, you will have a wide selection of energizing formats to get you sweating! Â

Join us for Party Week at First and Main, with MOSSA launches of the new quarterly release all week long, ending in a Saturday party-themed event sampling several of our popular classes and awesome instructors! Wear fun party colors, holiday-themed exercise clothing, or anything festive and energizing! Also experience a sneak preview of Athlete30, our newest program that will be piloted in November and December and launched into our centers in January 2026!

A: Yes! Many of our events are open to the public. Invite a friend or bring the family along—fitness is better together.
A: Comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, and lots of energy! Any special equipment will be listed in the event details.
