  • Registered Dietitian with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics; Certificate of Training in Weight Management with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics; Certified Personal Trainer with the American Council on Exercise; TRX certified; Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Maryland.

Areas I specialize In:

  • Designing full body workouts for people looking to improve their fitness level, optimize physique, maximize sports performance and/or prevent chronic disease. Providing diet/nutrition analysis and helping clients learn to make nutritional changes that will positively impact their health. Helping people learn what good nutrition looks like for them and how to design a diet pattern that fits their lifestyle.

My Training Philosophy:

  • My aim is to help people learn to make consistent good lifestyle choices, with regards to diet and fitness; and thus realize improved health, energy and confidence. I believe everyone is capable of much more than they realize and I like to guide and encourage them to succeed.

Interests and Achievements:

  • I love outdoor sports: skiing, golf, tennis, biking, hiking, swimming, and more. I have experience teaching martial arts and competing in triathlons. Currently I play competitive tennis and bike outdoors as much as time allows. I am involved as a strength and conditioning coach for a high school tennis team. I love to cook! I also love to give nutrition talks to groups: sports teams, women’s groups, health fairs, office meetings, etc.
