  • I am currently working on my NSCA Certificate

Areas I Specialize In:

  • I specialize in Strength and Conditioning, bootcamps, small groups training, sports conditioning (SAQ, Plyometrics), youth training, sport specific team training (prehab), HIIT/Crossfit training classes, nutrition.

My Training Philosophy:

  • Don’t compare yourself to anyone else just do the best you can 1 rep at a time. Fitness just as with life is a journey! It is okay to stumble some day’s because you will thrive other days! Always remember, “SOMETHING is better than NOTHING”, so just #GETSTARTED!

Interests and Achievements:

  • I love spending time with my family in the outdoors.
  • Working out because it gives me the strength to enjoy interests:
  • Football, basketball, softball, snowboarding, Hunting (rifle/archery), fishing, and hiking.
  • My favorite achievement I’ve made through fitness was the year I attended a regional NFL combine in Minneapolis, MN. Even though I did not make a team it was a wonderful life experience, that I never would have had if it was not for physical fitness, health and nutrition.
