I take information from the forefront of strength and conditioning science and apply it to people at all levels. I practice and preach safety over pride and I am open to science-backed alternatives. I will recognize my clients limits but challenge them to move safely past them. I take the two most important parts of information from you, where you are starting and where you are going, and focus on the direction rather than the methodology to help you achieve your desired results.
