My Training Philosophy:

  • Fitness and health have always been a part of my life for the past 23 years. I believe in eating right and keeping your body in the best shape. I want to share my love and passion for fitness to others and let it change their life the way it did for me. I believe that hard work and dedication will pay off no matter what your fitness level may be.

Interests and Achievements:

  • My interests include spending time with my two amazing children, my dog and my love for fishing. I spent some time in the military and learned my work ethic through serving my country.
