  • I specialize in Corrective Exercise & Rehabilitation, Functional Fitness, Resistance Training, Cardiopulmonary Fitness, HIIT & Conditioning, Body Composition, Core & Balance Training, ROM, Flexibility, Small Group Training, Women’s Fitness, Sports Nutrition, and Weight Management.

My Training Philosophy:

  • I want my clients to train knowing that that being strong & healthy is more important than fitting into a certain size. Focus should be on improving overall fitness through strengthening the total body and its movements. Once you see gains there, the rest sort of just falls into place. Don’t give up trying to make yourself better; you are worth the fight.

Interests and Achievements:

  • Pikes Peak YMCA Top Trainer 2016, 2017. Outside of the gym, I love hiking and boating, playing sports with my kids. I’m also a closet music nerd. My husband is a professional drummer and music producer. We write and record together.
