My Training Philosophy:

  • Balanced fitness means being strong and healthy in mind, body, and spirit. We get strongest when we work from the inside out, building a solid foundation for safe and effective training. I use training techniques from a wide variety of practices, including weight training, yoga, Pilates, and cardiorespiratory training, to help you achieve your goals and feel your very best.

Interests and Achievements:

  • I have a very diverse background in yoga, fitness, foreign language and music. I’ve taught over 2,000 hours of yoga and fitness classes, as well as working with people individually, since 2005. When I’m not training, I enjoy playing and performing music, writing and dancing, and being a mom.
