My Training Philosophy:

  • I believe in an all-encompassing, holistic approach to health and wellness. Health and wellness is not simply an emphasis on physical activity, but instead requires all bodily faculties (mind and body) to be in sync in order to facilitate lasting, positive change; this is what I specialize in. In my sessions, we will supplement your personal training experience with discussions regarding nutrition, home/work environment, physical and behavioral aspirations, and—most importantly—your individually tailored goals toward becoming a better you.

Interests and Achievements:

  • I am a dedicated world traveler who enjoys interacting with different cultures, eating diverse cuisine, embracing life-changing experiences, and meeting new friends.
  • In my free time, you’ll find me trail running, hiking, biking, swimming, reading, spending time with my incredible husband or planning our next trip overseas. I thoroughly enjoy researching the latest on health and wellness and behavioral change.
