We are now offering small group training outdoors! Small Group Training at the YMCA takes all the elements of one-on-one Personal Training and puts them into application within a group. Small group training offers a 30 to 60 minute workout focused on strengthening and toning the entire body. Improve your functional range of motion and increase overall health and wellness. Great for the beginner to the well-conditioned athlete!
