Outdoor Small Group Training

We are now offering small group training outdoors!
Small Group Training at the YMCA takes all the elements of one-on-one Personal Training and puts them into application within a group. Small group training offers a 30 to 60 minute workout focused on strengthening and toning the entire body. Improve your functional range of motion and increase overall health and wellness. Great for the beginner to the well-conditioned athlete!

In less than two hours of your time, you can finally learn what really works for you in terms of exercise and fitness. 


  • Small Group Training sessions will be held in the parking lot of each facility.
  • You must be 16+ in order to participate.
  • Outdoor Small Group Training is available to members only at this time.
  • Learn & Play is not offered during small group training.


  • Please bring sunscreen and a water bottle.
  • We are not allowing entry into the facility.
  • We will not have access to bathrooms at this time.
  • Small group training is limited to 3 people per class.

Outdoor training sessions are FREE through June 7!
