Using light to moderate weights and repetition, BODYPUMP™ provides a total body workout that can burn up to 560 calories.
This 60-minute workout challenges all major muscle groups through squats, presses, lifts and curls. Choose the weight that is right for you and the results that you desire. Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new BODYPUMP™ class is produced every three months with new music and choreography to keep you inspired.
