This link will connect you to the class at the date and time it is being offered. In order to join the zoom class you will need a computer, tablet, or laptop with a microphone and camera. Happy Core is a Healthy Core

A happy core is a healthy core and for the month of April lets focus on our Core. In this class, we will identify and examine our core in new lights. Our concentration will be on activating our abdominal and back muscles while using our core musculature to improve posture, balance, and walking capabilities. In addition to exercise, we will investigate the diet of a happy and healthy core. Join us online for this fun core workout.  



 


Yoga Flow

Flow with your breath from posture to posture beginning with centering and warm-up, a standing sequence to tone and strengthen, followed by seated postures and ending with deep relaxation. Build more awareness, strength and flexibility. No experience necessary, gentle enough for beginners with variations for those who are more advanced. No drop ins and registration required. Please bring all of your own equipment.

Industrial agriculture in the United States is destroying our environment and jeopardizing the American way of life. How can one person influence change in the face of such a problem? Farmers who raise animals on managed pasture provide a beacon of hope and a way in which your food choices can save the planet.

For this game, you will need 5 dice to roll and we’ve got the rest! The premise of this game is easy (and fun!) Roll up to 3 times each turn to rack up the best possible score, decide which dice combo you're going for, and after each turn, write your score in one empty box on the scorecard. We’ve got a giant scorecard and will keep track for everyone.
