As COVID-19 spreads in Colorado, we are committed to maintaining a healthy environment and supporting the health of our community.
As of Sunday, March 15 we have made the decision to close the Colorado Springs Senior Center through Sunday, April 19.
We will reopen on Monday, April 20.

Ping Pong Fridays

Open gym style, come and go as you would like! A ping pong table will be set up from 1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. most Fridays in the multi-use room for play. Paddles and balls will be available. Find a partner and let the fun begin!

Dance Options Abound!
Thursday Live Band and Dances

Join the action every Thursday afternoon from 1:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. for live music provided by several local bands. Music ranges from rock-n-roll to big band. Don't miss out on the fun!

Cost is a suggested $3 per person to the band. Pick up a band schedule at the front desk or view our online schedule below.

AARP Tax Assistance

Each year AARP volunteers provide free, confidential tax return preparation and answer tax questions for low to middle income persons, with special attention to those 60 year old and over. Volunteers prepare tax returns based on guidelines provided by the IRS and AARP. Pick up a copy of the AARP Tax Preparations Guidelines at the Senior Center to learn more.

The 2020 dates for the AARP Tax Assistance Program will be released in 2020.

Colorado Springs Senior Center Scholarship Program

Adjusted fees are available for low income adults in the way of scholarships provided through the Colorado Springs Senior Center. If you need financial assistance to take a class, please speak with a staff person to request a packet.
