LES MILLS GRIT  is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle.  Developed by experts to deliver transformative results.  Mixing underground beats with athlete-inspired exercises to create three unique programs:  GRIT Strength, GRIT Cardio and GRIT Athletic.
