Project Angel Heart — Cereal drive

YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region wants to make a difference in the lives of neighbors living with serious illnesses like cancer, kidney disease and HIV/AIDS.

That’s why we’re collecting cereal boxes to benefit Project Angel Heart, a local nonprofit that delivers nutritious meals to Coloradans living with life-threatening illnesses. Cereal provides an easy, no-prep way for neighbors who are too sick to cook to get the extra nutrition they need to gain strength and energy, lessen side effects from medications, and feel better. The cereal we collect will help them provide essential nutrition to 3,000 critically ill individuals, free of charge, in 2018.

Two Easy Ways to Participate

Donate Boxes of HEALTHY, whole-grain cereal to your local Y. Please donate regular-size boxes only.

Give “virtual” boxes of cereal online at ProjectAngelHeart.org/cereal. A gift of just $10 provides FIVE boxes of healthy cereal!
