Master's Swim Class

Master’s Swim is an adult lap swimming class designed to help you get in 30 minutes to an hour of exercise first thing in the morning. Swimming is the classic total-body workout that will engage most of the muscles in both your upper and lower body at once, and jumping in the pool will get your heart pumping and leave you feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day. Participants should know the fundamental strokes and basic breathing. Show up ready to swim!
